Right now, our Finance Team is seeing an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable within our non-profit. This also includes the maintenance of any related records, which consists of all non-salary disbursements. This is a grant funded position and has a projected end date of 12-31-2021. This role will be working entirely on grant related payments.

Primary Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED required; two years experience in general bookkeeping and/or computerized accounts payable processing for moderate-sized company preferred.
Computer Skills: To perform the duties of this job, the employee should be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Great Plains accounting software is preferred. Must have 10-key data entry skills and be able to type.
