We are seeking a full-time Job Coach to mentor, train, and support the participants in Goodwill’s Disability Services program. The right candidate will be passionate about helping disabled adults live their best lives though on-the-job training. You must be patient, kind, and have the ability to communicate to employers and family members, as well as monitor the safety and well-being of your mentee. You see the whole person, and meet them where they are. This role requires a flexible schedule that allows you to work based on the needs of our clients and participating employers.
This is an entry level position with multiple avenues for career growth in an organization that specializes in navigating employment barriers, including disabilities. Will you take this first step into a rewarding career with us?
JOB DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED. Experience with or exposure to working with people with disabilities is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have valid WA state driver’s license, insurance, and acceptable driving record.
