Right now, our Sumner, WA store is seeking a FULL TIME Sales lead

Salary Range: $14.69 per hour

As a Sales Lead/Key Holder you will;

  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

The Blue Boutique Sales Lead supervises and coordinates activities of store employees. A successful Sales Lead at the Blue Boutique will present a professional image and will be knowledgeable in fashion and designer brands. The Sales Lead will coach and motivate store employees to maintain a high level of customer service and sales focus in the store.

Principal Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods.
  • Trains workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties.
  • Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed.
  • Greets customers and provides exceptional customer service.
  • Engages, inspires and guides customers during their visit to the blue Boutique.
  • Collaborates with the store manager on merchandising product in a way that maximizes sales.
  • Listens to customer complaints, examines returned merchandise, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations.
  • Assists sales workers in completing difficult sales.

Qualifications:

Six months – 1-year experience or training in retail fashion.
